        Excellent service from Alex. Mimi was easy to work with and the owner took 20 minutes out of his day to chat with me about what was going on before they got someone out to repair and replace our sump with a battery backup and Wi-Fi unit that will communicate any issues. I would highly recommend!!!!!! Alex was very knowledgeable!!

        Our original appointment was with Mr. Plumber, but then someone on Facebook shared the information about Prime. Our water bill had increased and the app said we had a leak. After hours of trouble shooting and multiple attempts with other solutions we needed a reliable professional asap. Alex was very thorough with his details and we appreciate him. Highly recommend to book them. Very satisfied.
