Tradehome Shoes

Very disappointed in the customer service I received here! The girl working was too busy sitting on the countertop, playing on her phone. Ridiculous if you ask me!!

My husband bought a pair of boots from Tradehome, 3 years ago. These boots held up until this past year, we walked in got the same exact boots. We found a small issue with them, but the manager was very quick to correct it! Amazing Management & Thank you for ensuring he got what he paid for!! If you want shoes that will hold up this is the place to go!

Service was great. I can not express how good this service was. From the moment I walked in , they took care of all my questions needs. I was unsure of the shoes I wanted. The manager brought out several of the type I was interested in (HOKA) I the. Tried them all on, they felt good but was unsure about spending so much on shoes. He noticed my us navy veteran shirt. Gave me a discount. I was more than pleased. I bought a pair and so did my dad. He was just along for the ride, loved the service and bought a pair. Taking my mom tomorrow. The manager and his wife were both fantastic. Do what you must but keep these two at your store.

Levi and Beatrice were so helpful in finding the perfect shoes for work. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They honored the 30 day return policy that they have and swapped me out shoes to better fit my needs. They were awesome to work with and I will be back to purchase more shoes in the future.

In a world of fast, cheap, throwaway items, Tradehome Shoes is a blast from the past. Excellent Knowledgeable Service and the shoes fit great. Can't remember the employee's name, but she is invaluable to Tradehome Shoes.
