        I came here to order parts for my company's Stihl equipment. Always had good service, but I also try to come prepared with model and serial numbers and pictures if I can remember. But even if I don't have some information they have always been able to help. They have repeatedly been able to get my parts earlier than expected. I haven't dealt with sales or service. I am the technician for my company and my boss would be the buyer, so I can't speak for those departments. Parts has always been great though!
