First time using their service options rented a Ram truck to transport a 2007 Toyota. A successful trip and professional service. I appreciate the integrity of this Company. No over charges honest.

Enterprise agent was professional , friendly ,and efficient. I am a long time customer of Enterprise car and truck rentals and never was let down . Except for this time . The down side we had reserved a specific truck well in advance ,obviously the reservation was not made . When we called to make sure we were on schedule they had no clue . I was was told that employee no longer worked there. So we received a truck that was not exactly what we wanted but we worked with it . We finished our trip earlier than expected and wanted to return it . They would not credit us for an early return . I'm sure if we wanted to extend the rental it would not be a problem. So that was a downside of my experience.
