        The desk clerk on Saturday March 16 was very helpful to two tired travelers. And the housekeeping ladies were very apologetic for the fact that someone on our floor broke the rules and smoked on our non-smoking floor. And the lady taking care of the breakfast area was busting it keeping the area stocked with fresh product. And it was nice having a fridge in our room for water etc. We were so impressed we got a rewards number and are staying at another Holiday Inn Express next month in Evansville. Hopefully with the same results.

        Robert working front desk needs some hospitality and customer service training. I interacted twice with this individual over the phone about a job position. Heidi was very friendly and helpful when speaking to her in person, but Robert was the complete opposite. Both times I talked to him, I felt like he was rushing me to get off the phone and kept cutting me off when speaking.

As much as the hotel dislikes cancelling a guests reservation sometimes we are put in a position such as in this case where the credit card declines to guarantee the room and no phone number was provided for the hotel to reach out to remedy the issue.       David Garcia, When you call a potential employer to inquire about a position don't argue or debate with them especially when you do not know what position in the company they might hold. When your told someone is not available to speak then their not available to speak to. The reason is not your concern.
