Try to find a better realtor in the Indy Metro area. You wont. Bobby and I went through hoops together trying to help me buy a home at 26 yrs old during the crazy times in 2021, but he helped make it happen. From someone who had 0 credit history to buying with a conventional loan in 4 months time span. In the fall of 2023 I decided to sell my home due to military service and we again went through hoops trying to get it done after I moved out of country. He helped clean my house for showing, he was always available, very adaptable, and easily able to speak to, as a first time home buyer and seller you cant find anyone else better in this area. Through selling and buying with his help Ive probably spent a year working with him and at this point hes like an Uncle to me. Get Bobby as a realtor and youll have the best realtor in the Indy metro, greenwood area!
