        Customer service is super unhelpful and borderline rude. I have been waiting for months, have no mode of mobility as my spare wheelchair is out too, and when I called to get the status of my order was basically told do not call back about your order, they will call you. Uhhh no, im paying for your service, so I have a right to find out. And besides that, I have contacted through the app twice with no response.

        I was attended to very respectfuly and was made comfortable while having my wheelchair worked on. They were also very flexible in that I needed to change appointment time the day of my appointment.

        Delivery and wheelchair were great!!! Jeff explained everything and made the few adjustments needed. Like armrests and headrest putting them where they were comfortable for me. Jeff is a super nice guy!
