Spectrum

Tried to return my modem and router to this location after cancelling my Spectrum service. Phone Spectrum support said to take the equipment to a Spectrum store so I went to this location. The associates here told me they could not receive my equipment at their Spectrum store or even look up my account and I was directed to go to a UPS store instead. Luckily the UPS store was able to get me taken care of but it was a waste of time to go to the Spectrum store in the first place. When I called Spectrum customer service again just now to confirm they received my equipment back they again told me the store front should have indeed accepted my equipment, so hearing this just reinforced frustration with the whole situation. Spectrum needs to get their act together and have better in-store customer service.

It's a store only. In order to get anything done as far as support or to remove channels or downgrade service you have to call the always backed up phone line at which time they try to sell you more cable or a cell phone plan.
