Metro by T-Mobile

Justine has always gone above and beyond for me. She has helped me with my phone. My phone was getting hacked and Justine fixed it in minutes! I won't go to any other metro. Justine customer service is top notch! Please keep her!

I would like to give the highest recommendation for your store manager Justine at the Metro T-Mobile store here at East Washington Street and Emerson. She helped me and Beyond and gave me the best service you could ever get from the store employee. I highly recommend her for a higher position anytime. Manager Collean spelled name wrong . Sorry but anyway. Is total one of the few people that awesome customer service . She is so helpful & knows her stuff about products , phones , & tablets. This will from here on out be the store I use as long as she is there . Other customers walked in she new one gentleman by his last name . That is absolutely wonderful because there are not many I was gonna say anyone that treats you like a friend or family member at this company . Metro PCs by T -Mobile. Let me say that I have come across in my dealings at the different locations that I have been to . I do know that there are some so my apologies to those individuals that demonstrate they kindness that she showed 2 other customers as well as myself . She might not even be the manager I assume .
