The Purviance House Bed & Breakfast

The Purviance house is an amazing place to stay. Spotlessly clean and beds are incredibly comfortable! Barb is amazingly kind and a delightful host! Don't stay at a chain hotel, stay at this bed and breakfast. So glad I found this gem!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Purviance! Barb and Brooks had the best hospitality, and the pecan praline French toast for breakfast was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Barb truly is a wonderful host and made check-in and check-out very simple. The house is impeccable - and our suite (Gernand) was very comfortable and the gas fireplace made it feel like home. Temperature in the room was just how we like it and very easy to control! And parking was well off the road and had great ease of access for unloading. We would HIGHLY recommend the Purviance! We plan to return. Rooms: Beautiful - decorated to the nines! Walkability: Very close to great food and drink!

One block from the substantial town Courthouse, this building is beautiful and well maintained. I was greater at the door by the owners who live on premises and create a special, friendly atmosphere. The clawfoot ath in the queen bedroom was wonderfully warm and supplied with bubble bath. Huntington is a typical small mid America town, it has antiques shops, pizza places, and picturesque main street. All easy walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed here for our 16th wedding anniversary. The house was beautiful and the service was wonderful. We were served a delicious breakfast with some homemade coffee cake that was worth the stay lol.
