Sandstone Apartments

Nope-smells and dirty-not going to put my grandkids in there. Been there twice..

We have lived here for just a couple of months- but so far everything has been great. The neighborhood is quiet, office and maintenance deal with things in such a timely fashion, continually improving the apartments, new windows, painting. The management team seems to care a lot about the complex by holding residents accountable for their pets waste, cars being properly tagged, speeding when school buses are in the neighborhood. Their communication is AWESOME! Only thing I am hoping for is that a park is built for children to play at! So far I believe thats the only thing this place is missing.

I think I finally found the place I can call home! This was a big move for me and I had been talking about moving to Sandstone Court Apartments for the last 2 years! But I had also looked into moving here 2 years even prior to that. Wishing I had made the move now sooner than later. Maybe this was just perfect timing. It is definitely beautiful here! It really is... And it's convenient! You've got a Walmart & a Kroger down the street to the right. You've got the Greenwood Park Mall and a Speedway gas station, a McDonald's and several different restaurants to the left. You've got a laundromat, a pizza place and a Village Pantry convenience store probably half a block behind the apartments. It's all great! But the staff here, their phenomenal!!! I have to say I have never worked with a property manager that has been more caring or more kind or just so good natured than the one I worked with here. This particular young lady works hard and I know it, and she's always busy, but yet, she takes care of her tenants. Her name is Nicole and I hope she does not mind mentioning her by name, but she is the real reason I wanted to actually move into Sandstone. You don't find people like this anymore, it's rare. She and her assistant Roxanna made the application process and the viewing of the apartment here so easy! Everything was done correctly and with precision. The entire time, I've never felt more comfortable in my life with moving. To be perfectly honest, I can't stand moving! But Nicole made it so worthwhile and I am extremely happy. I know I will never want to leave this place! The apartment itself is beautiful and clean, and I can tell it is very well managed here and there are very good people all around. Thank you again, to the property manager and to her assistant. Even maintenance was on site doing their jobs! I could tell the one individual I encountered was most definitely experienced and had probably been doing this kind of work all his life. I know I will be very happy here for years to come. Thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity to finally feel at peace with my future and also in making me feel very at ease. Sandstone Court is now my new home
