I would of gave them no stars but had to to leave a review Had an eye apt this past week the first day went in there the young girl that waited on me was very nice and sweet had a very young girl do my eye exam she had just got out of collage she was sweet 2 days later went back to pick out my glasses and they was wrong I was seeing double on top of each other the older lady with dark hair waited on me and was very rude about it trying to tell me I was looking through my bifocal and not the top part when I looked out I explained to her she was wrong I was looking through my Lens when I look straight ahead not the bifocal that the bifocal was for up close reading she continued to then tell me it was my fault cause I picked the wrong frames I was very flored by all this she had no clue about nothing so I had to wait another day to get my glasses this time I took my older sister which had done that job for over 30yrs still the same way nothing was fixed so my sister goes to tell the guy waiting on us what to check since I'm seeing double the linse itself is done wrong so he checked and came back and said yes your right it was off so we will re fix them and they will be ready tomorrow to pick up went in the next day with my husband the older lady with dark hair that was rude to me the first time waited on me still the same she goes to say well nothing we can do u have to see the dr we waited over 30 minutes to see the guy dr and he didn't even want to see or talk to us so we said just give me my money back this shouldn't take 4 times to get them right and still aren't the older lady said well it's all because u didn't want a different frame Well the frame has nothing to do with it they make the linse to fit the frame so to make things even worse she asked u paid with debit card yes I did so she puts 10.00 back on my debit card and have to wait for the rest on a check by mail who knows when that will be I wouldn't ever go there again and definitely don't recommend this place they have no clue what they are doing!!!!

Horrible experience, took forever to get appointment, sat for 2.5 hours, and now trying to get my glasses is like pulling teeth, supposed to be an optometrist not a dentist, the lady on the phone is rude and unhelpful, same day glasses, not here, it's been 4 days and still no glasses, Would not recommend!

They are nice and friendly. They treat you like family. I will be going to them from now on

Went over to the mall, and have been looking for a new place to get glasses. Great hours, great staff, easy to set up appointment and great overall experience. They took their time need to answer any question I had.
