        Both gentlemen I delt with where amazing. Coming from out if state, and coming to Kentucky, and having to drive to the Indiana branch was stressful at first but even if they built one next door to me, I'd probably still make the hr drive. They had exceptional customer service, where patient,kind and informative. Thanks guys.

        Customer for 12 years. Had fraud on my acct, and they refused to dispute the charge for 4 days and then never refunded me the overdrafts. Associates were laughing at me as i called to voice my frustration. They refuse to provide counter checks today because theres too much fraud even though i had three forms of ID and my debit cards. The staff is ignorant and rude. Transferred all my funds to first harrison and left $5 as required by my mortgage acct/ will be transferring that as well
