In Style Kitchen & Bath

We've had our share of bad experiences with home improvement contractors. No so with iNStyle Kitchen and Bath. Working with Michael, the designer, was a lot of fun. Honestly, we would not have gone wrong with any of his designs. Tim, the project manager, managed to keep everything on track and even finished the project early. (How often does that happen?) We would not hesitate to work with them and their team again.

I have delayed posting a review due to the length of time it took to complete the entire remodeling project at my house. It took a little over 1 year and 2 months to get everything completed. I was quoted an approximate 10-week time frame (starting 1/6/23) for the remodeling to be completed. Things were wrapped up yesterday (3/14/24). Maybe this is normal, I dont know. No matter the type of work your inquiring from In Style Kitchen & Bath, one of the first questions you should ask them is have you done this type of work before. Then you can make the decision on hiring them to do the work for you. They will tell you they can do the work even though they may have never done that type of work before. There is some learn as we go work that happens. They lack knowledge and experience in some areas of remolding a home. Thats when it leads to mistakes. Some of them can be major. Im glad I had Matt Oesterling come in and check the fireplace after In Style said it was done. He found a major flaw in their work. In Style did correct it (I hope). They have a hard time saying weve never done that type of work before until mistakes are found. Now, they do good work in some areas as well. Will they get things corrected, Yes, but it takes time. Once they get behind on your project then you get put on the bottom of the list for them to return and finish things. They move on and start new projects for other clients and get back to yours when its convenient for them. Maybe this is normal, I dont know. This is just what happened in my case. Double and triple check everything they do and make a list of things you find that need fixed or havent been completed. They will correct things, but it does take time to get them done.

We did a complete bathroom remodel and kitchen update. Michael, the designer was so pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive. Tim, the project manager, was the same. All of the workers were professional and nice. My kitchen and especially my bathroom are breathtaking.
