This company is the worst ever! The reviews given are from 1 review persons which means they are setting up easy accounts in order to rate themselves higher. This company is doing fraudulent returns! They are writing off items not eligible to get your tax return higher to trap you and take 1k fee. The corporate office is a joke! Jessy farjado is a joke! Kelly jones is the worst out of Houma, LA! They don't provide the documents needed in order to submit over. They enter false information and your stuck to deal with the turmoil after! Greed is the number one killer in this world! This place is now being looked into by the IRS and the attorney general office!

This company is about to be the WORST ON THE PLANET! As of today I still have yet to receive my tax refund for 2021 tax year. I finally got confirmation from the IRS of the amount owed but one stop gave me a totally different amount, overcharged me for interest and sent a breakdown claiming I owed an offset which I never was told about not even from the IRS. So these people are STEALING MONEY. My attorney is being called IMMEDIATELY and they will have to answer to these different amounts. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
