Patrick Malloy Lol.. Worked with these guys in Suwanee, Ga @ Hayloft Cottages (new construction, residential, single family, Adult rental property) over at OneStreet Residential. Stacey, Tony, Kyle, and Carlos. Best guys I know. Consistent, Funny, Competitive, and Punctual in that order. These guys together are a great team and makes building look easy. No company max its full potential without a good representation of great hospitality. Thats worth more than treasures. It brings treasure. Its been a pleasure working with these guys during my time at OnStreet. I recommend partnering with Patrick Malloy Communications for any residential constructive building where building inspection and project managing is made easy.

Update! 5/2023 I had my walk through with builder Matt and warranty guy Matt today and everything went so smoothly! My warranties were clearly explained to me, the walk through the house was great due to not having much on my punch list. My new home looks amazing. It was explained to me in great detail my breaker box system, my attic air unit, when to change filters, my water shut off, my pest control hose, my irrigation system, my fire alarms and he even gave me helpful tips about what to do/where to call after the year warranty. I am so glad I made this purchase. It was a little rocky with Covid supply complications, but everything worked itself out well and PM Communities did a great job with communicating throughout the process. Thank you for my new home!!! Everyone I met was helpful and communicated well with my new build. I started building a while ago, understand the timeline due to pandemic and short supplies, but never ran into any issues with construction. So excited to see my BEAUTIFUL new home! I researched this builder after seeing a report on Fox News regarding a home thats sinking and has major leakage issues which the builder is unresponsive to. Many negative reviews on different sites regarding quality and customer service are scaring me, Ill be going with a different builder for my home.

Im shocked and disgusted by the egregious carelessness and disregard for safety shown by the builder. After watching the Fox 5 segment I refuse to believe they didnt know this lot had water running through it and unsuitable for building. I cant imagine the stress and heartbreak this is causing the homeowner as they try to live with their children in a potential death trap.
