        The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, bathroom was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The pool patio was beautiful. The hotel provides complimentary ice cream in the evenings, which was a nice touch.

        Excellent hotel. The rooms and nice and spacious, there is a blackout curtain. The pool is heated, the landscaping is beautiful. Great breakfast every morning, and free ice cream treat at night.

        RACIST RACIST RACIST!!!! THIS COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT ARE LIARS !!! Beware. I previously left a review and have been responded with nothing but lies. They can not provide proof of anything. I was lied on about a WEED smell when I am allergic to anything that might even smell like marijuana and my partner is in the military. These are liess! HOW SHAMEFUL of this company. I will never go to another holiday inn because of the lack of investigation on the management by corporate. A shady group. I am looking to take this situation to Court. The manager received not a single complaint and yet says he got multiple complaints. But will NOT provide proof. I do not know how GEORGE (general manager ) goes home at night. Disgusting human. Disgusting company. Corporate will not help either. So sad to see this is the world we are in with customer service. Where they get away with lies. George send the proof of anything!! A 5-10 minute shower and I caused damaged to the room underneath. This all was within 30 minutes of check out time. PATHETIC The WORST EXPERIENCE. The building is probably not up to code. Be safe God Bless. George ( the horrible manager) do NOT respond.

        Busch Gardens weekend getaway! The hotel was perfect. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. Complementary breakfast is always appreciated when you're a parent. We experienced something special here that I had never experienced while staying at a Holiday Inn before. Each night, from 8 to 10pm, ice cream awaits in the lobby. I thought it was very sweet and appreciated. The front desk staff and breakfast crew were always kind, super helpful and always wore smiles on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel.
