The Learning Experience - New Tampa

I used them for my daughter in 2021 had the best experience, I was excited to use them again for my other 2 littles. But I placed my son on their waitlist in December 2022 I submitted a $50-$100 (I dont remember exactly at this point) non refundable deposit, and its now APRIL 2024, I have called multiple times throughout the months and I am still in the same spot on the list and I am still waiting!!! No one has ever reached out to update me, I always call to ask. This is a horrible business practice. Daycares shouldnt take peoples money and claim it non refundable if you know its going to be longer than a few months/ if ever. At this point I am discouraged and moving on, but BUYER BEWARE, dont put your childrens names on the list. Its a waste of money and time.

We have had our 3 kids in this center starting when they opened - we are so happy and our kids were always so happy to go to schools. Our youngest still attends and has been a great experience- thanks to all the staff!

I love this place for my preschooler. She joined for VPK in the fall after a lot of searching for the right place. She is thriving and loves going to school with Ms. Yeni everyday. It is clean and promotes so many good habits for her to carry forward in her schooling career. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.

I could not ask for a better childcare facility for my daughter to attend. The staff is absolutely amazing. Loving, caring and so supportive. Special shout out to Nadine the director. She has been so helpful to any request since day 1. My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months old and now she will be 3. Thank you all for being so great to child.

We just started at TLE in June 2023 after being on the waiting list, and it's obvious why there is a wait list - they are amazing! Just walking through the door, you feel welcome and safe to leave your child in their care. From the Toddler rooms to the Twaddler room - every teacher has provided our daughter with support, love and encouragement! She loves getting there in the morning to see her friends and teachers - Miss. Claudia, Miss. Clari, Miss. Sou and Miss. Alexis make every day special for their class! She especially likes to eat her breakfast with Miss. Sou and give her a big hug at the end of each day. It amazes me the structure that they are able to keep with a room full of energetic 2-year olds and they always keep it fun and exciting. We are so thankful to be a part of TLE and for all of the staff that make each day special!
