        Been living here going on 3 months now. I love my apt. The area is nice and quiet. I have no complaints. Not all units in the building are section 8. There are market rate units as well, which I have. There is plenty of residential parking in the garage. There are numerous charter schools to choose from if you want your kids to have other school options than the school zoned for the area.

        Lived here for about 2 years and cant complain. The place was excellent for the price, location, amenities, etc. Garage parking was ideal! Martha was very kind and always helpful to me!

        Pay too much for these for it to be nasty, car getting broken into, smoking in stairwells, human peeing also . Office never returns calls, camera Do not work at all so their pointless

      NOW OPEN! The Tempo, is a 7-story building containing 203 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment floor plans. The Tempo and the overall ENCORE!® community, are named in honor of the rich musical history of Downtown Tampa’s Central Avenue in its heyday – where Ray Charles recorded his first song, the famous dance move and song “The Twist” were born, and legendary jazz artists Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, Billie Holiday and Cab Calloway visited often to perform in what was known then as “Harlem South.”
