I found Javi to be a true lowlife. He dropped off a dumpster with a mamed, but still alive raccoon inside. The raccoons paw was stuck in the door and it couldn't get out. I called Ravi before he was even at the end of the street and he refused to come back to take care of it. His answer was, "just open the door and let him out." I opened the door and the raccoon ran to a tree to try and climb it but couldn't with one bad leg. My children found the raccoon dead in my front yard the next morning. I told Javi I would send him the bill for the wildlife removal and he refused to pay it, or do anything to make it right. He actually took a picture of the raccoon in the dumpster when he dropped it off and sent it to me later, so he clearly knew it was in there. Consumer beware.
