Save your money and go elsewhere. Staff is overall nice, hence why I gave two stars instead of one. However, I went in on three different occasions spread out across 8 months for my dog who had an open wound on her leg that seemed to only grow with time and would never heal. I asked numerous times if the plate and nails in her leg could be attributing to the wound issues on her leg and both vets that I saw here swore that it was a sensitive skin issue. The first vet gave me allergy pills and a medicated shampoo despite me telling him on the third visit that the wounds only seemed to be growing and spreading across her leg. They refused to do X-rays and refused to even consider the possibility. After one visit at an different animal hospital, the vet took an xray and was able to determine the plate and nails were the root cause of her wounds. Whats more frustrating is that we saw two different vets here and neither would listen to my concerns. The female vet saw me on the second visit and did not even know anything about my dog or what was going on when she walked into the room. I had to explain everything that had happened and even had to give her the run down of what her co-worker (the other vet) had already tried. Do they not write notes in their files? Because she literally told me she had no idea what was going on and that the male vet had not left any information for her. So then, why was she seeing me??? Why arent they communicating if they are going to take appointments for each other? Unorganized and uninformed vets to say the very least.

Not sure who posted as me yesterday (my name is not Cromwell nor do I know anything with that name) but Michigan Street Animal Clinic is always awesome and gentle with my pets! They may not have been able to resolve the issue yesterday but they recommended someone that could and it was taken care of quickly. My dog had a bone stuck on his tooth and they did what they could and recommended us to someone that could help! Everyone at Michigan Animal Clinic is always great !

Dr T and her staff are fantastic! I drive all the way from St Cloud to get the best care for my Betty. I trust them implicitly knowing that not only does she provide the best care but also doesnt try to sell me a bunch of services or products I dont need. Betty got a full annual check up today, teeth cleaning and her rates are very reasonable. I love that I dont worry because I know they are honest, fair and they truly love what they do.

They don't take walk-ins unless existing customer. Must have an appointment as well if new client. Lady said at first they didn't take walk-ins then turned around and said by appointment only walk-ins.

Dr. Heather Trusley is an amazing vet and knows what shes doing! It took one visit with her to figure out exactly what was wrong with my cats digestive issues. I had gone to a different vet over 3 times and they were unable to figure out what Dr. Trusley found out in one visit! I could not be happier with Michigan Street Animal Hospital. They have a very sweet office kitty (Onion Ring) as well who was gentle and patient and would greet all the animals and people who would enter. THANK YOU!!!
