Diggs Haul was Wonderful to work with! We recently moved from Arizona to South Carolina.all of our belongings were loaded and delivered with care within 3 days! They were amazing! No hassles, no hidden charges, just honest hard working folks gettin it done! Movers Cedric and Tommie both showed up with their crews on time every time! Communication was great with everyone involved! Every text or phone call was answered immediately! Alex the coordinator was great putting the project together! I cant say enough great things about Diggs Haul! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that will be needing movers in the future! Thanks so much Diggs Haul! God bless you all!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Tommie and Cedric took such good care of my furniture, friendly, trustworthy, I could go on and on. I will be using them again for my next move and will recommend to all my friends and family.

I hired this company to move my belongings from Indiana to Arizona. I wish I hadnt. Most of my stuff was damaged. They gave me some long form to fill out and told me Id need receipts and have to prove they did it. Im not sure who keeps receipts for every single item they buy especially from 2 years ago for some items like my kitchen table. The company that was subtracted to move my things was Zeus Group. I paid them over 6,000. There were some hiccups on my end with my bonus being late but that doesnt mean customer service should go out the window. Im devastated. Im a single mom or 4 and every penny I have is precious to me. I cant even sleep on my bed because the mover lost my bed legs and supposedly is sending them in the mail. That was approximately 2 weeks ago. Im still in a mattress in my floor with a useless adjustable base. I would NEVER recommend this company. The pictures speak volumes to the quality of their work and how much they do not value their customers. Photos are listed under my profile. Technical difficulties .

I can't say enough good things about this company and Tommie who delivered my goods. They stepped in and picked up my order from a not so reputable company and delivered it right away. I highly recommend this company and especially Tommie.

Diggs Haul Moving Company is a black-owned company and was hired and contracted for a long distance move from my home in Atlanta to Houston. Before the movers began the pickup move on August 9, 2022, I walked through my house with the mover's driver and lead person. I pointed out items that needed to stay with the house and in their proper locations, and the lead person acknowledged them all. While the majority of the items discussed and identified remained in the home, the movers removed items that were supposed to stay with the home. They also removed a bathroom mirror. Why?? Furthermore, the movers damaged the wallpaper in my master bedroom. I spoke with their contact person (Alex) on the phone to resolve the matter and he was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and attempted to play "lawyer" and knew nothing about interpreting the contract. Now, he was courteous BEFORE he swayed me to hiring them. MISTAKE!! I ended up placing a dispute with PayPal for the final payment made. If they do not respond and make good on their error, I will dispute the whole amount which was almost $10k. The low ratings are here for a reason, but I didn't read the Yelp reviews, just the ones on thumbtack and I will leave a 1-star there as well. If you are reading this review and you are thinking of hiring this company, DON'T!!! Move on!!
