Grades 6&7 were here on a school trip and were horrified when we walked in. The pictures on the website made the hotel look clean and nice; this was nothing like reality. Children found dirt on their sheets and towels. Some beds looked like they had bed bugs and blood stains. Worst of all, a group of 11 year old girls found a medical syringe and bandaid under their mattress. On top of all that, when a classmate went to ask for a new towel as his looked used, the person at the front desk said "shut up and deal with it." This was a truely revolting and traumatic experience.

Go somewhere else. You get FORCED to listen to some promotional SCAM when you check in for 45 minutes. Then, you don't get room service because the people at the desk don't give you enough time to read the policies before trying to sell you on a scam. The shuttle service leaves a single time during the day, it doesn't even stay long enough to be at the park when it closes, and you have to pay for it regardless of whether or not you use it. And the rooms themselves are terrible. Bathroom is moldy and the room itself is musty at best. Spend a little extra or go a little farther away and you'll be happier.

This by far was the worst experience ever. We have stayed with this hotel chain many of times and has been our hotel of choice, but this property ruined it for us. We were in town celebrating our anniversary and were expecting to relax and enjoy ourselves but unfortunately that did not happen. Upon entering the room we were welcomed with a musty smell and a room that was 80 degrees. The bathroom sink has mold in it and the shower had hair on the tub floor. However that wasnt the worst of it. Once we went in our room, we were unable to leave our room. The door was missing the handle altogether. We tried to call the front desk from our room phone but that didnt work. We had to call the front desk from our cell phones. We told the front desk the issue and the young man said oh, we will get maintenance up there and hung up. No apologies or urgency was given to the matter. 20 minutes later someone showed up. The man didnt speak with us at all, worked on the handle and left. Again, no apology was given. Also the front desk didnt even follow up to make sure everything was okay. The way this was handled was completely incorrect.
