Isles of Lake Nona is an Investors neighborhood. 1.The majority of tenants dont take care of the properties. They park their cars everywhere on the streets, they park in the wrong direction, they have many people living in the properties and this increases the amount of vehicles parked on the streets annoying neighbors blocking driveways on extremely narrow streets. And to make things worst, this community has turned into a dumping zone of vehicles. 2. Isles of Lake Nona is a lawless place. The bylaws are not enforced and the HOA only focuses on sending violation letters but no action is taken against those that dont follow the rules and regulations of our community. 3. HOA needs to learn how to maintain confidentiality since there is no need to inform an offender that someone complained about them. Residents that complain to the HOA are those that care about the community and want to make sure that we keep the standards expected in Isles of Lake Nona. 4. The Warranty Department follows the Less is More rule. They lack of customer service skills and are unresponsive. A total failure! 5. ByLaws in this community are not specific. They need to be amended and Pulte refuses to do so because they dont want to pay the cost that would involve to amend them. As a property owner, I can assure you that this is not a five star community and keep in mind that you wont be getting a model home. Service: Custom home design

Nice community, but there was a little trash on the sidewalks.
