I don't know if the problem was the agent or the "system" (as they always want to justify everything). They charged me the initial fee for my policy twice, by credit card and by debit card, an amount of $598 each. This happened in November 09 and they still haven't returned my money, which has created a problem for me at the bank since they blocked my checking account and until now I have overdraft charges of $120. And every time I call they tell me that I have to wait 48 hours for them to resolve it. but to collect the money twice from my accounts it was instantaneous!

Great rates, only company I've ever been with. Could use a little customer service in taking payments, giving change, etc but otherwise no issues.
