Hello Jansel,We were very disappointment to see this review. Here is a short recap of your communication with our firm. We had our introductory meeting on June 27th which was informed at time of scheduling that it would entail purchases and sales of real estate; which is a topic we can brief upon during an intro call. You informed of your desire for the bookkeeping service during your call we briefly explained the process to onboard you as a bookkeeping client. We received your documents for review on June 29th. Due to the 4th of July weekend a quote was sent to you on July 5th.We received a call from you on July 12th following up on the quote and we resend the quote. Should you not have received it, we could have discussed it via a telephone call.As for tax planning, as explained over the initial telephone call, bookkeeping and tax review service would have to take place first as tax planning is a complex detailed project and a subject that can be discussed rapidly over a phone call.
