DoubleTree by Hilton Miami North I-95

My wife and flew in Friday night. Front desk clerk with no customer service etiquette at all. Horrible location where a security guard is needed at the lobby. Parking lot has a sign park here at your own risk. There isnt an iron or ironing board in the room. Front desk stated there isnt one. I asked for a do not disturb sign for my door. Front desk said there isnt one. I asked front desk to cancel room service because of my wife undergarments laying out and open electronics. He stated ok. I leave for the day to come back to clean sheets and towels and my wifes items moved. I called front desk to complain and she stated I told someone less but not her and hung up on me! I filed a complaint with Corp Hilton Honors. Do NOT stay here! Straight garbage.

We werent staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami but we had an incidient with our phone and therefore went to the reception to ask wether we could use their phone. The receptionist was so very kind and helpful!

The bed and pillows and linen are quality High grade Egyptian 100 % cotton you won't want to leave . Safety: Still a "rough area" surrounding the Hotel - no walking outside the hotel at night - hotel location is under i95 & NW 7th / 79th / 80th St. Ex Holiday Inn.
