Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South

I stayed at this location with a travel group for one night on Wednesday, 04-03-24. I wasn't the first to check into the room, but the room and bathroom were clean. My only complaint was the way there was extra water spraying from the shower head. Had I not had a shower cap, my hair would've gotten extremely wet. I read through a few reviews before arriving at the hotel. Some said that breakfast was free. I believe that is only the case based on your rewards level with Hilton. Breakfast was not free. I enjoyed the fruit and vegetable infused water both Wednesday night and Thursday morning while checking out. The lobby can be busy during checkout, but the staff kept the lines moving.

bad service, dirty hallways and even without having a reservation they charged to my card an incident for a room that i didn't even stayed at. Had to dispute the charge. Please avoid staying at this place.

They have just refurbished everything, which is nice. However I could not open or close the bathroom 'barn' door or patio doors, as they are too heavy for me.
