        Careless service. We only tried to work with Maxicon because they were the only Lutron official rep in the area. They made us go to their show room for an appointment that didn't feel we were expected, based on the reps attitude, she asked to send the measurements over email. We took the measurements and documented everything in detail but they never got back to us, even though I called them to follow up.
