Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella - Bal Harbour Shops

This brand and company used to be my favorite of all Italian cosmetics and fragrances. Suddenly the window motif and the fragrances that I and all My friends loved is no longer the same. Even there labeling is so tacky now. They decorate the store with fake dead looking flowers and vines. The staff is unfriendly and seem to be detached from the products. The old staff and managers were very involved and interested in the customers and knew there products inside and out. Then apparently the company was sold out to some large corporation. They fired all the old staff and replaced them with people who have no experience nor passion for what they sold. The prices are increased. The labels are ugly and cheap looking compared to the old traditional Italian iconic labels. Too sad to be only interested in the bottom line and selling for masses. Stay away from this expensive and useless company it's a total disappointment now

Worst experience ever at this store. Apparently they recently sold the company and fired all the staff that Ive known for 10 plus years. The guy in the store today was completely worthless and knows nothing. Also completely incapable of helping multiple parties in the store and completely understaffed on the holiday weekend. Only one person in the store on a holiday weekend. Such a joke and I will not be back again.

True jewel in Bal Harbour. Old world perfumery, with the most attentive staff (Nicole). The most lovely shopping experience throughout.
