        FCS has been wonderful to work with! They have helped to fix a few different issues on board my Italian vessel, and their insulation work is excellent and clean!         FCS took on the task of troubleshooting both the primary and back up systems on our newly acquired vessel. They involved the overseas based manufacturer for assistance. The US based customer service was useless. After receiving guidance and replacing major components of the systems at the manufacturer direction both systems were irreparable. FCS absorbed a considerable financial burden and redesigned a completely new system. The removal of the old equipment and installation of the new system was completed quickly and efficiently. The professionalism, integrity and flexibility of the FCS team was outstanding!! As a captain dealing with the many systems and trade professionals, I would not hesitate to recommend FCS as a reputable and reliable company.
