        Geni and Kim where not only kind and pacient but absolutly knowledgeable and up to date on solving my phone issues and restoring my belief and confidence in my sticking with Metro PCS Geni understood my frustration with a long running issue wit my service and phone, she showed me step by step how to set up my new Galaxy A14.... Kim was so sharp on log in issues and using my old phone on wifi to retrieve required info, I can only say she is sharp on cell phone technology. Thank you Ladies I will continue to recommend you to the people I care about and to your Store ..... Went back today to get help on make some adjustments on my phone. Alissa was Courteous knowledgeable and very helpful.... The store is a great store to go to for all your cell phone needs. Chuck C

        Kim at this Metro PCS was amazing. She was able to help me when no one else could at this location. Above and beyond service. If you visit this location ask for Kim and she is so helpful. I've been to different locations but I have never experienced her level of service and kindness, deserves a raise or a higher position. Thank you Kim your amazing.
