        It is always hit or miss. The biggest problem of Chili's is that they don't cook fresh food. Sometimes, they obviously reheat old foods or cooked food. Baby backribs are overcooked and dried. Hamburger patties are all dried and blacked by reheat. Even fries are not fresh. Sometimes, you get all newly cooked and fresh, then it is really good. When you order online and food is ready in 15 min, that means it is not fresh cooked but most likely reheat.
