Please do not go here. When my sister and I arrived no one was there to open the door for us. We rang on the door Bell and the only person who answered was the janitor. We then headed downstairs and realized the place looked a bit scary and not well maintained. No on was there. I called and they told me their employee was on break. Tried to visit the Smash Room on May 10th at the Market street location, but the door was locked and there was no staff. Have now been promised a refund over email, the phone and have tried texting numerous times. Update: Regardless of the reply to this review there has been no refund issued after calling my bank. Clearly this company is unable to staff their locations appropriately AND issue refunds.
