        Honestly the best experience Ive had at a T-Mobile. Angelique was so kind and helpful, she helped me set up my new phone. It was taking forever to update, but she waited for it to finish even past closing hours. Very thankful for this service.

        These people are really helpful & accommodating taking the time to set me up themselves with all perks and all in my phone when I just went in for a new sim. Ive been dealing with them for 3 years & no complaints.

        I had an excellent experience today visiting the T-Mobile shop on Geary at Stanyan. Upon entering, I was greeted by Angelique, even though she was with another customer, and was told that she would be with me in a few moments. I needed to change my physical SIM to an eSIM. Angelique took me through the process flawlessly. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing help with their T-Mobile account. Angelique is a real gem.
