        She is fast and efficient, but asks way to many personal questions.She doesn't make you feel comfortable. She also is very aggressive with the wax, almost like trying to rush you. Her energy is definitely off, may be a racism thing. You get what you pay for tho.

        She's a scammer. Uses Groupon to get new clients and won't accept their vouchers. I don't want to support someone who treats their clients like this. Total bait and switch.

        Went to Rachel for the 1st time, she is excellent. Did a Brazilian Wax, she is fast and thorough. it's never fun getting hair ripped off your body but she made the experience as comfortable as possible. Friendly demeanor. There's a reason why she has such great reviews. And she answers her phone and responds by text. Which is great because a lot of technicians at these hair removal salons rarely answer the phone for you to be able to schedule anappointment. Professional, will definitely be a repeat customer. Rachel has gained another satisfied client!
