        All staff I interacted with at the Hollywood location were top notch. The facility was clean and the people were so kind. I had a last minute booking and they took great care of my animals, despite my roommates cat being pretty difficult. Would absolutely recommend!

        We love boarding our two dogs at the Hollywood location of Wag Hotels! Our pups are always well-taken care of and enjoy interacting with the staff and the other dogs. And Ronnies customer service is fantastic, and he clearly enjoys working with dogs!

        If I could give zero stars I would. Worst place I have ever taken my dog. The staff kept lying and when I picked up my dog she was so scared.
