This guy is a crook and made me a VICTIM  of a bait and switch property loan scam that caused me to lose 2 properties. I proved he did FRAUD to me and his wife was involved as well, they both have a Judgment against them but should have gone to prison for what they have done to me, caused me to lose my inherited PAID OFF property which I never asked for a loan on. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR SS#, or BANK ACCOUNT #'s !!!

Prices are charged above the standard rate. Went to someone in Los Angeles and was charged half of what he does.

I can't give 0 stars, but if I could I would. If you can, please avoid going to this place. You will very much regret it. All you are going to get is the tax preparer Everardo Miramontes go through 3 meals before he even gets a word out to you. You hand him your paperwork and tell him why you are there and you don't get any information throughout the process. When he is done both eating and filing your paperwork he gives you the estimated return date and that is all. He doesn't charge you up front because he rather take $300-$600 dollars from your tax return. If you attempt to ask him how much he is charging for his services he will reply with "every case is different" and still not give you a price or he will simply say "oh don't worry about it, I'll charge it from your taxes". BIG MISTAKE. DO NOT LET HIM FOOL YOU. He has overcharged me and my family for years. I am genuinely writing this to spare others. THIS IS THE SIGN THAT YOU NEED TO GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ASAP.

Be warned!   MUCHO CUIDADO! I had a very bad experience with this tax preparer (Everardo Miramontes).  My income was minimal that year so I did not want to pay premium just to file so I thought this preparer would be as good as Turbo tax. I called and explained my tax requirements such as schedule C...etc.  He gave me an estimate.  The price seemed reasonable so I drove from the Southbay to "Age of Technology"With 405 traffic, it took me about 1 hour to get to "Age of Technology".  Everardo Miramontes starts entering numbers and I ask him how much is it going to cost since he already saw what was involved.  He kept telling me he was very reasonable and his work was guaranteed...etc.  Upon entering all my personal info into his computer, he tells me how much I owe to the government. I ask again how much is he charging and he's still evasive just telling me if I didn't want to file, that was ok with him.   At this point not getting a final price, Everardo Miramontes being vague, the whole situation seemed like a scam. Upon pressing, he tells me I owe him 3 TIMES the original quoted price!   I asked why he had he given me this other quote over the phone and why did he not tell me BEFORE entering all my personal info into his system.   At this point, I asked him to delete all personal info he had obtained from me!  His answer: he needs to save the info for 3 years!!   Be very careful with your personal info, be very careful as you will likely be scammed by being charged an absured amount of $, and you will waste hours of your time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVERARDO L.
