The Bienstock Group is the absolute best! I just closed escrow today! I tried selling my condo unit in DTLA with another agent and had very minimal showings, zero offers, and ultimately was not able to sell. I decided to list my unit with The Bienstock Group and within a month I received 5 offers and sold for OVER asking price! The Beinstock group took care of EVERYTHING, small or big, from staging to close of escrow. Sheri and her team are the best! They were with us for a move that took years. We couldnt decide, we couldnt get it together and they patiently waited and advised while we got our ducks in a row and then when it was time to sell they helped us do it in just the right time and just the right way. They had all the resources to make it as painless as possible including helping us find a rental in between properties that didnt make us feel like we were compromising our lives. Then they helped us find our dream house. Couldnt recommend them more.!

5 stars is hardly enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I've never seen an agent as devoted, hardworking, and seriously committed to the job as Sheri. She makes every client feel like they're the only client and she'll literally go to the end of the world to achieve your success. Work with Sheri and you get a reliable, super-responsive team at your side always displaying an insane attention to detail. When Sheri and her team take care of you -- you know you're in the best hands.

Unfortunately, had a bad experience with this company. By no means would I say the entire company is at fault but our experience with Bryan B. left something to be desired. At some point, I was unsure if we were the only people who might have experienced something like this but then found this snippet in another yelp review and assume they had dealt with him too. "We toured one of their listings last year and dealt almost entirely with an inexperienced "executive assistant"-- from setting up the appointments to representing the sellers in each of the showings to even getting information about the neighborhood."Overall, left with the impression that we were misled and that our offer was only used to attract other clients to the house as well as raise their bids. Was really disappointed as I had really wanted to my search to find a home in the Hancock Park area to end on a positive note, not a negative one. Perhaps look elsewhere for a guiding hand, or at least avoid Bryan if you are dealing with Bienstock.
