Horrible customer service, extremely rude and was schooling me on how I should perceive their service. Element of surprise was ruined by mismanagement of the delivery. Avoid at all cost.

I give Allen's Flower Market on Fountain double 5 stars! Yesterday I wanted a birthday cake flower arrangement in the next couple of hours. Most online florists offer a professional picture of a perfect arrangement. Some reviews contradict the pictures as not being filled in, gaps showing, skimpy use of flowers etc. It's a gamble what the delivered result will be. I wanted a florist that creates in their shop so I could pick up and see the results. This birthday cake arrangement was fabulous and way beyond my expectations. It looked like a real cake and was stunningly beautiful. I requested a brighter pallete and Olin did not disappoint with the color choices and artistry.. When I showed up with this "cake", it stole the spotlight and remained the topic of conversation. From now on I feel confident I can order from Allen's and be completely happy the results will be over 5 stars. They are the nicest guys.. Thank you Olin for making me look good. I'll definitely be ordering sgain!

I called Allen's from NJ for an arrangement and sweets for same day delivery. The man who helped me over the phone was absolutely wonderful, checking on flowers and quantities and making sure everything was perfect. My sister in law sent me a picture of the delivery and it was really gorgeous. What a wonderful experience, thank you very much!
