Baldwin & Windsor Manor Apartments

Read this review before deciding to Baldwin Hills Manor Apartments. I lived her for 3 years and recently moved out. Its a decently run facility. Repairs are made promptly. There are no pests. The facility is clean. The reason I am making a one star review is because my husband and I lived here for 3 years. Paid our rent on time. Never had any issues, left our apartment in pristine condition but Phillip and JJ communities robbed us of our security deposit. They made up charges that are generally tied to wear and tear. Paint and primer which should technically be free after 1 year according to California law. The place we moved out of was in pristine condition and they were able to rent 1 week after our departure, but took $600 from the security deposit. We should have known this was going to happen because they had a lot of hidden fees when we moved in and nickel and dimed everything: laundry, water, sewage, trash, parking, even the parking garage key. I lived in the 2BR when it was $2,000 a month but with the hidden fees it was about $2,200. My advice is dont live here at all not worth it but if you do decide to live here make sure you live out your security deposit because they dont give it back. We are going to bring this to court because its unfair and honest people shouldnt be treated this way. Shame on you Phillip !

Very clean and quiet. The manager immediatly handles all problems.
