We tried to schedule a viewing appointment over the phone, but called twice and nobody picked up. We decided to show up and see if we could walk in (normally most leasing offices accommodate walk-in tours). After spending 15 mins trying to find the leasing office due to poor signage, the leasing agent found us and stopped us. He was aggressive and rude, saying we needed to leave the property immediately and explained in a condescending way that the only way to schedule a tour was through the website. After going home and scheduling an appointment through the website, it was cancelled the next day without any reason or explanation. I am beyond shocked at the unprofessionalism of this place especially since it just newly opened.

I was really excited about getting in to tour Jasper. I saw Melanies review and brushed it off and I wish I hadnt. We are in town from Texas and couldnt get through via phone. I had a voicemail from a Levi which I said to the gentleman at the front to which he responded Well, Levis a bot. In a condescending tone per Melanies review. There are plenty of options in LA in nicer districts with kinder people, dont waste your time here. The lady then chased us after we were well on our way out saying she wanted to show us out. But she didnt want to show us out when we originally left. She questioned how we got in there. Weird and a waste of time. If they are worried about people being on property because of construction, perhaps they shouldnt be leasing yet. At the end, its not about the fact we couldnt tour its about the fact that theyre rude.
