Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rent a car without a fancy credit card. I love it. The lot is a bit crowded, but that only means they're busy, and for a reason. First time renters, be prepared to do a bit of paperwork. I've rented many times over many years and I've never been screwed over. Update: Enterprise was there for me when Avis wasn't. Avis was closed when I went to pick up my reservation, and nobody at Avis customer service could help me except to offer to reimburse me for a rental from one of their competitors. Meanwhile, Enterprise had a building full of people and two cars that I could rent on a Friday afternoon of the weekend leading into the solar eclipse, without a prior reservation. Once again Enterprise earns my business as they have for the last 20 years.

Called made a reservation and a pick up, was told they could pick me up and that I was on schedule to be picked up at 4 at the address I gave them. 4 pm rolls around and no calls-no contact. I call and they say that they can't get me because I'm 2 miles out of their scope radius. They clearly don't want my business, it almost felt like they were trying to do anything to get me to cancel my reservation, not even confident I would of got the car I actually called to reserve with how they were acting. Glad to see they are willing to loose a lot of business over 2 miles. Will take my cash money else where. Thanks Enterprise

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise, and I must say, it was a truly seamless experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into their office, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The staff at Enterprise were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the rental process with ease. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I got the perfect vehicle for my trip. Sofia is one of the greatest branch manger I ever dealt with, excellent attitude always smiling, sharmal the asst manger excellent communication with me , giving the fact Im renting a vehicle almost every week lol, Micha is pretty awesome, and josh. If theres 20 stars for this location is definitely would earn itThank you guys very much!
