Underwent an intensive surgery and I could not say better things about Dr Hawkins and staff. For a surgery prior I went through banner which was literally like living a bad dream it was hell- honor health and crew made a not so fun situation I think the best it could be- and I thank you all for running a well organized establishment in a world people just don't get it anymore- they were great thank you

If I could leave zero stars I would my brother was fighting Leukemia. He was declining . He was on forced air o2 80% But he was still Alert and oriented They wanted to take the mask off and let him go. He said he was not ready that he wanted to fight. A nurse came in and told him that he was wasting the hospital's money and he needed to be taken off to the veterinator. The Doctor came in the next day with an attitude and told us I told you to take him off. I am not doing any more chemo I am done you need to just let him go, he was still talking. He could still make his own decisions. The decision should be the patient, not the families, they forced us to make a decision and it was very sad and it was very traumatic and. Recommend this hospital. I will turn everybody away from this hospital. That was horrible horrible. We will all be traumatized forever. It was so bad.

This is an update 11 months later. Now I have had three occation of JCL charging me out of network for in network charges. Each time it taked me over a month to correct the charges. I have tried to reach out each time and work with then to stop them from violating the no suprise billing law. JCL is not interested in fixing thier problems. It is more profitable to charge out of network at full charges than to obey the law. They will eventually correct the problem if you are very persistent. At this point I now plan to file a complaint with federal no surprise billing group and the Arizona Department of Health Services Stay far far away from the Radioligy dept. They will tell you they are in network and they are for facility charges. What they do not tell you despite you asking repeatedly is there professionals really bill through a company called Sonoran Radioligy. This a shell company of Southwest Medical Imaging designed just for that purpose!! They are puposley ignorant. This is in vilolation of the no surprise billing act!!!!
