Ive always had bad experiences with my previous landlords and management. Id have to say im so happy with my new home and how professional and nice theyve been. Theyve been on top of any issues weve had and have made moving(usually hell) very pleasant for us.

They lie about property being "pet friendly" but still denied us cause of our 2 "dogs" which are cats.. goes to show that they don't even care to check on the information accurately.. and I guess they won't allow cigarette smokers at all either..

I have loved working with Marla and everyone at Guardian Realty & Management. I am renting a house in the Willo District and have been for about 2.5 years. Every time I have an issue with the house, Marla and team are very quick to respond and send out the necessary people to assist me in fixing everything. They are a pleasure to work with and I would suggest them to anyone!
