    United Metro have been my property manager for a number of years, they have managed a number of leases and renewals as well as repairs and dealing with the HOA from time to time. Good to work with.

    Called to ask question and the girl I spoke to in the leasing department was horrendously rude IMMEDIATELY. Refused to answer any questions and just directed me to their website. She sent a text message instead of calling me back regarding my questions. Wish I could give 0 stars but thats not possible. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks Kathy, Karen, Kathleen, whatever your name is. It was the immediate attitude I received. If you dont want to talk to anyone on the phone, maybe you shouldnt have a phone available. Instead of texting someone, call back when they ask you to, when you have a moment to do so WITHOUT the attitude. Your history of responses makes your company look horrible and I will be sure to spread the word regarding your blatant disrespect to anyone and everyone. After looking through reviews, I would expect the customer service to be course corrected. Your responses are those of a 12 year old troll on Twitter. Very unprofessional as a company. Maybe consider a new line of work or just shut the company down completely.

    Not sure why so many negative reviews, theyve been great for me for the past 5 years. They respond quickly to repair requests, and dont really bother me unless theres an HOA issue or for my yearly inspection. Plan on renting with them at least another year, then have them help me with the home buying process! Id definitely refer people to them for rentals.

    Never thought I'd have to deal with a property-management firm in my life, until a family member passed away and I inherited a rental house under United Metro's management. They were patient and understanding during the probate process and provided clear answers to my questions in a responsive manner. They maintained services and explained how things worked throughout. Taking over a rental house was a seamless process thanks to them. And their on-the-ground team in the house's location was great too.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. I asked Kathleen what transpired that led to this review, and she replied with the following:"I have no idea. I sent her a text because I was on the other line dealing with another issue. She called me again. I answered and she asked me if they could see a copy of the lease before signing it. I told her there was a sample copy of the lease on our website. After I told her the lease was on our website she immediately hung up on me so I couldn't give her any additional information. I'm not sure what other response she was expecting."I know there are always 2 sides to every story. But if there is anything I can do to help resolve this, please let me know.

Sorry to hear about your experience! I assume this is related to a security deposit refund. If so, did you try disputing said charges in writing (via email)? Did you send us any documentation proving that a repair you were held accountable for was in fact there before you moved in?If you’d rather go to court over this, so be it. But without knowing your legal name and the property you lived in, it’s hard to respond in details.
