I recently closed on my house that had a complex ownership agreement. I couldnt have done it without Geoff's help. From the beginning Geoff was fair, honest, transparent, and empathetic to my situation. He was proactive and responsive during the process, and because of it I now have sole ownership in my home. Geoff is extreamly knowledgable in the field, and I appreciate him also being an educator. I truly am grateful for his help, and look forward to working with him in the future.

Geoff took over our mortgage/loan process 4 days before our original closing date due to previous lender error. He was transparent, quick and friendly. We were able to close only a few days after our original date. I would recommend Geoff and his team to anyone needing funding quickly. Geoff made being a first time home buyer possible. Update: 11-8-23. We ended up working with Geoff again this past month, he worked with us, got everything we needed and worked quickly. We had a tricky last minute change due to a hospitalization, and he/title company worked with me and met me at the hospital to get things signed that where needed .We closed in just over a month. Couldn't have done it without Geoff and his team. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again if the need arises.
