Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Absolutely the worst service. The employees complained that we arrive just before closing (1hr before). They never told us our order was ready and then said they didnt have the right lids so they threw some random ones on. To top it off they were flavorless smoothies, we ended up throwing them out.

So everytime I come to a tropical smoothie I order the pomegranate plunge no strawberry but substitute with apple oh ma'am I can't do that oh we don't have apple and clearly they have apple their is this one staff member that will do it she is the nice one there . Now what if ppl are allergic to strawberries I now know what time to go and get one.

Tropical Cafe Smoothie happened to be across from the car dealership so I decided to purchase a smoothie while I wait for my oil change. Not impressed. The employees werent that friendly. It felt like an after school special. You will get better service from Chick-fil-a.The store needed cleaning so I think theres an opportunity to invest in training for their staff. I ordered the Mocha Madness. I asked for no sugar they were kind enough to fulfill my request. The texture of the smoothie wasnt that smooth. It felt and tasted like ice cubes and a powdered flavor of some kind. Every day I make a protein drink: vegan protein, banana, a few strawberries, dark chocolate almond milk. My daily protein drink I make at home is better tasting and more smoother than Tropical Cafe Smoothie. Sorry not sorry Ill stick to Jamba Juice.
