Moxy Hotel exceeded my expectations! Mona checked us in and she was extremely quick, efficient, and friendly. She also gave us helpful recommendations for parking and explained that once we were settled in we could enjoy a complimentary cocktail at the bar. Josh crafted a delicious Moxy Highball for me and shortly after, we met Alaina who is probably one of the best mixologists in the Phoenix area. She crafted unique cocktails to our taste and we spent way more time at the bar than we intended. Rooms are small, but efficient and well designed as we were extremely comfortable. In the morning I noticed I was accidentally charged for parking and Nick took care of it right away. The hotel is great, perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, and vibrant. However the staff takes this gem to another level. Walkability: In the heart of downtown near so much nightlife Noteworthy details: Bittered pineapple old fashioned is served smoked and makes for a great video for social media

Understaffed and disorganized! I booked 3 rooms and they only gave me 1 credit at Bonvoy... They reinstated the booking and charged my Credit Card for $343 + $43 for no reason - Fraud

The vibe! The lobby is a fun and boutique hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were small but just what I needed. Great place to stay if you're going to downtown Phoenix. Walk to the footprint center.
