        I went in at 6PM on a Wednesday to get a single paper printed out. There was literally no one in the store but workers. The lady at the counter said Sorry I cant help you today! She was standing in the corner looking at her phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. 10/10 would not recommend this location.

        Matt, in photo/copies/printing, provided me with outstanding service yesterday. Earlier yesterday a young woman, who was incredibly busy, gave me great service and I asked Matt if she could help me again. Clearly she was busy again and Matt jumped in. He rushed in to print my order and he charged me much, much less than I expected. The prints were great. He was incredibly busy too. Matt gave me a great deal, even when he was so busy! The little gesture that Matt gave me yesterday will go a very long way in my future views/experiences with Staples! He was great despite how busy he was. You, and us (the public) are lucky to have employees like Matt and the young lady earlier yesterday, working for Staples! I couldn't be happier!
